    Each cabin at Smoky Mountain Specialists offers luxurious amenities, with most including fully equipped kitchens, cozy fireplaces, hot tubs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and spacious living areas. Many cabins also include game rooms, private theaters, and scenic mountain views for an unforgettable Smoky Mountains experience. Smoky Mountain Specialists will provide you with starter consumables like dish soap, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper, but please note you'll need to bring your own bathroom products. 

  • How far are the cabins from popular attractions like Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge?

    Our cabins are strategically located within a short drive to key attractions. Depending on the cabin, you can reach downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Great Smoky Mountains National Park in as little as 10–20 minutes.

  • What is the check-in and check-out process?

    Our check-in is contactless and begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Details for keyless entry or lockbox codes will be provided before arrival. Our guest services team is available to assist with any questions to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.

  • Is early check-in or late check-out available?

    Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated depending on availability. Contact our guest services team a day before arrival or departure to confirm availability. Fees may apply.

  • Are pets allowed in the cabin rentals?

    Select cabins in our collection are pet-friendly. When browsing available rentals, please look for “pet-friendly” in the cabin’s description or reach out to our team to confirm pet policies for your chosen cabin.

    Yes, each cabin offers convenient on-site parking. Larger cabins have ample space for multiple vehicles, and our cabins are located along well-maintained roads suitable for all vehicles.

  • Are housekeeping services provided during the stay?

    Our cabins are thoroughly cleaned before each guest arrival. Mid-stay housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please contact guest services to schedule any additional cleaning services during your stay.

    Absolutely! We offer grocery delivery services to have your cabin stocked upon arrival. Additionally, many nearby restaurants offer delivery, and our team can provide recommendations on local dining options that deliver to your cabin.
